40G sump for 90 Gallon tank?

that was my concern, my 40g is a "bower"... which was why i'm leaning towards an fx5 canister.

i have thread going about sealing the hole already ;)

I tend to agree.

with only one adult flowerhorn in a 90, you could probably run a single AC110 and you would even be fine.

I had a big giant gourami in a 90 years ago and for a while, an AC110 (then called an AC500) was all I used...

for a single big fish, you can get away with a lot less then you can with than with a packed tank...

that would be great except the tank doesn't have openings large enough for an ac110... its a shame, i have TWO of em!! :nilly:

I would go with a sump that way the tank looks cleaner and less cluttered. and then send the 2 ac110's to me .:naughty::naughty:
