i have the stand and the tank close to complete im going to be doing the water test before i cut the hole out for the window.

The front of the stand is sheeted and staind drying in the basement is set up the rest of the stand in the living room so when al ready i just screw in the front.

i started the first water test without picking up the protective top coat it was a complete success i was very nervous about trying this due to the fact it was kind of an experement in an attemt to seal a tank very inexpensively.

i still have not cut the hole out and am going to use it for a temp tank its up and running im going to finish my 150 or 140 or whatever it is very little coating neened on it now then ill pop in the glass water test.

The water will be cycled from the 90 into the 150 due to they are sitting beside each other in the basement then i can fully complete the 90 and the 150 will be used as a temp tank while i set up the 90 in the upstairs living room.

This method allows me to finish both projects and less buckets up and down the stairs.

now that ive done the water test the fish test is another story the paint was bad ive almost finished stripping it all ofim going to fiberglass resin it i think this is the most easily availible product to me.

finally found some marine paint thats potable blah blah blah and have started to paint but im not sure if i can coat over with two part epoxy gel to patch some damaged areas from stripping the old paint.

I have it completly finished plumbing and sump and a page on how i did it all on the forum that reads finished tank 90 gallons my girlfriend wanted on her page and she did all the writing.

I just dont have any money right now to pretty it all up but its fully functional and dosnt look to bad.
