I want to try something similar on smaller scale obviously so my jardini can swim between the branches , I've got quite a few floating plants now growing like crazy the roots are starting to get long , ideally I want a few big plants with long roots and some branches ,of course this will all be abandoned once he hits 20" as he'll distroy it all smashing about lol so I guess I won't have long

Sounds like an awesome plan Danny.. Aros can be quite playful, swimming in between branches and plants! Good luck buddy.

Thanks guys my only concern is branches and his eyes getting damaged in random charge attacks , I've got to be honest they happen quite a lot in my tank lol

Looks great so far. That dat will pop for sure with the blue background and black sand. Like the drift wood, the way it juts out, too.
