i know he could send a big jolt if he wanted to..but he is content and happy ...so as long as he is never in fear.. he should be a good boy.. thanks

You are welcome,is it housed alone?I had one some years back but it was a little three incher which was a good thing because I netted it out of the tank, touched it and was given a little shock by it.:WHOA:

yes it is in a species tank... he swims all over and loves his hikari pellets.. he does not know he is electric... ...........yet... i will always refrain from touching him.. and i will use a non metal net if i should have to move him.. but other then that.. he is just a fat happy sausage:D

Liz, you know what I admire about you (and some of the other members too), is how you have the loyalty to your fish. You keep everything you've purchased and find a niche for them. The oldest/longest fish that I've owned in duration to date in my fish room is MAYBE 4 months.... I just get tired of them and move them out for something new.

Looking good..... thanks for sharing!

thanks... i admire that about you and some other members too.. i wish in a way i could do that... but i find it extremely hard to let go into the uncertainty of what their life will be ...... even for my fish... you should see what goes through my mind when i think about them in their new home... i bet you have alot less stress ... and i am doomed ... haha... thanks ..

Very nice RD, I like it :)

my female green terror is actually with alot of different africans.. she has been with them for a couple of years... she is very laid back personality..

Awesome... a lot of people dont realise that its not the species of fish but the induvidual personalities aswell.... sometimes you get fish that are supposed to be killers that are totally relaxed and have no idea of their power... like my two oscars living with 1" baby cichlids (well they are a bit bigger now hehe)
