What's the title of the thread for the monster tank build? I wanna check it out

I will bump it up for you. Long read as my wife gave birth to our daughter during construction of it and work slowed down. There is a lot of conversation in the thread. I wanted to finish this tank so I could pull the remaining fish I owned out of the garage after selling off my rays. Now that this one is done back to the giant tank.

I am actually starting to enjoy doing this.

Larger chamber is the sump and the smaller is the quarantine area. Will explain that when I get more done for those still following along.

Most exellent update, classy job so far...what size/type/brand of bit is that pictured and what rpm do u run it at? Im due to order more bits and could use some advice lol...

I will find out the brand when our sharpening guy comes in tomorrow. As for the bit itself it is a 3 flute .5" diameter bit. 3.5" long with a 1.25" cutting length. It is an up spiral but does not chip out the acrylic at all.

This bit would be perfect on your CNC. Having the slight up spiral it will definitely help pull any acrylic shavings if you are running a dust collector. I wouldn't recommend this bit for anything other then acrylic or abs.
