a trio (1m +2f) of tanganyika shell dweller cichlids. Sand substrate with a bunch of shells and you are good to go.
That sounds like a good idea... I have a soon to be spare 20 gallon.. wouldn't mind turning it into a shellie tank.

or convert it to a mini sump for a 20-30 gallon?

edit: I just noticed I have a 7 gallon sitting by my computer desk..I may do a betta tank or something too:headbang2

Planted ghost shrimp tank!!!

I turned one of my 2.5's into a picotope reef...the upkeep is fairly simple and the costs for lighting is really affordable...or a smaller tank for various shrimps such as blueberry shrimp, etc.

2 fancy guppies 2male 2 female and 3 mini-corries. You could use the guppie babies as feeders but ostly they are just fun to watch. or if you just want a pretty tank 5 male gupps.

not really a fan of guppies, some look cool but better for food:drool:

keep a plant, a betta and a male and female guppy. the plant filters the water and absorbs poop, the guppies eat the plant, the guppies breed and the betta eats the baby guppies. it is it's own ecosystem,........... at least that's what i read on here somewhere

No guppies or betta's!!!!! haha thanks but i would only want to bread betta fish to that i can have a constant supply to feed to my gar/turtle
