$5 Pleco ate $5,000 worth of eggs!!

So My EBJD female and my BGJD Male finally breed again. She had a huge fat belly full of eggs and laid eggs over a huge rock in the tank. I would say there was around 1000 eggs! They havnt breed since decemeber and she really had a lot of eggs to let go of. Well, i forgot about the 5inch pleco that was in the tank with them and over night all but about 50 eggs were gone. The pleco got the Sh*t beat out of him, but he was still trying to eat the last few remaining eggs. So lets see, there would have been about 500 EBJD fry, selling them for about $10 a peice would be about $5,000! I hope i dont have to wait another 3 months for them to spawn again.

Stop h8ing on the pleco. Plecos are notorious egg eaters and you should have known it...
