yes... about the corruptions... there is a HUGE amount of that in Haiti.. also.. before the earthquake.... the local government could not help its own people.. there is no tourism on Haiti, they do not produce any trade goods either.. and no countries would build factories in Haiti because the people there are not skilled labors....
If one thing is positive about Haiti.. is that this earthquake has now gotten the attention from the World and real support is going to the country to help the people.... Haitians lives will be somewhat better with international aid now....
Never-the-less this is indeed a sad situation...
