500litre tank what's perfect predator fish

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Nemurus can live with other fish, those reports are old, many of us have kept them with zero aggression Inc thebiggerthebetter thebiggerthebetter follen follen me a few others on YouTube.

They arnt fussy tbh, sand with big river rocks from the garden centre and some fake plants with a black background will look nice.

What about a climbing perch as a tank mate, cool little predator that will eat feeders if you want.

It depends on your aesthetic preferences. Say for a nemurus, you don't need to make any changes but you may not be able to see it as often as you wished / could otherwise.

Agree. Read my thread for more info, please, if you will, the one Justin has linked on page 3.

I'll deffantley read your thread also I'm not keen on fake plants could I use live also does it have to be sand or could I use gravel and also want a Amazonian theme just dunno how to do it

I linked his thread on the last page.
Gravel will be fine.
British perch will suffer in a tropical setup imo, they aren't designed to live at this temperature.
What about some hemichromis elongatus, similar colours to perch.
Or just stick with more common cichlids, maybe jack Dempsey harem or green terror.

Are they not just jewel chiclids not very aggressive and predatory in my eyes but I dunno never kept them
