Oh right sorry I forgot, I was thinking of AFA (Aqua Forest Amano). They only have two stores in the US and there the store I know of that Carries only ADA products.

Ahhhhh, yeah over here a lot of stores stock ADA products, especially if they sell equipment for planted tanks...

It does take a LOT of time and knowledge, my brother got into it for awhile and he said there was more maintenance to it then saltwater, but it looks amazing..

I think it does depend a lot on what plants you grow as well...

But for me at least its a lot of experimenting and balancing of dosing ferts etc... The trimming isnt too bad although every maybe 2 months i do need to spend a little bit of time trimmin back or replanting certain plants...

Two quick update shots of the tank after adding in some red plants in the back corner, then decided to move the unknown red plant from the 60G over here since it looked like it could do with some higher light levels...

Those look like telanthera. With good lighting, fertilizers and CO2 they will turn a dark red. They make a great back ground plant at that point. Looks great and can't wait to see it as it fills out.
