Love the tank!!! Only thing is that i have a one track mind with the kind of fish that i would put in there. That tank would make for an awesome ray tank.

I have just added two pieces of driftwood and a rescued 12-13" common pleco.

I've been thinking about replacing the gravel with tan or white sand. Opinions?

About 5100+fish



The sump is a 150 rubbermaid stock tank from tractor supply. About 10" was cut off so it would be work under the stand.

The water drains into a tote the is filled with submerged mech and bio filtration media. Water then drains into the sump where it is heated by 2 500watt heaters and is returned to the tank through 10 return lines (Laguna 2900: 2900gph at 0' head 137watts)

I wanted to get a TSN or RTC but I already had the other fish from a year of preparation and aquisition. I am still happy with the community set up though.

I'd like to point out one or two things... That tank is nice! The common plecos will grow to two feet... But that shouldn't be a problem in a tank that size. As for the irridescent shark, he'll grow to 4-5 foot something... Which will be way too big for your tank, as big as it is.
