55+55+29= 139 gallons and 10.5 feet long

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Pretty awesome, more details on how you strengthened it? I think 2 55's would be fairly easy, cheap, and pretty conventional for some cooler small fish like puffer community, african cichlids, or some smaller south american cichlids like firemouths.

looks better than i thought it would. footprint isn't big enough imo. that dovii will outgrow it quick.

That looks pretty sweet. I agree that the 12inch depth isnt enough but this could be an amazing communtiy tank. So many possibilities due to the water volume. I hope it holds. Good luck!

thanks for the compliments. it will be a communnity tank. like i said the reason for the footprint is for show quality, who else has a 10.5 foot 140?
more pics to come

yestardy we drained the tank and did all the plumbing, now we just gotta get it inside! since we wanted the tank to be as self sustaining as possible the return flows into a reverse flow undergravel system that runs the length of the tank.

nice, you have proven to myself that i can do this..for a future project hehe..but i like how you should people off on it lol

thats pretty sweet i wonder how big of a tank this would work on, like could u combine 2 300 gals like this or could u go bigger?? looks really nice.
