dont add anything, IMO if it was impossibe o get a bigger tank, get rid of everything else, though I think an O needs 75 gallons

if its a common pleco get em out...i had one in a 55gal that was 15inches and i would clean my tank and by the next morning the gravel had trails of feces...and honestly who needs to put that much work into a common pleco...my albino pleco and cholate however...i like and im willing to put up with their sh*t...literally. that tank does sound overstocked sorry to repeat everyone elses opinion but maybe it just adds a lil bit more crediability to the people on the site when you read the same suggestions over and over...good luck on the problem at hand...i would get a 150 asap if i were you based on the fish you mentioned.

well yep, its good that i've got so much of the same feedback!
the 2 cats went back as i state and you can already see the difference.
im going to up my water changes a little and keep my eyes peeled for a good sized tank to bring in asap.

you could make a cheap wet/dry and that would increase the amout of water in your system... but you might have to have ugly DIY over flows in the corner... still wouldnt do much about space but at least you would have better water... good luck

that sounds too small for all those fish and watch out that pleco might develop a taste for your bichirs slime coat...and your bichir might not defend itself...
