55 gal setup...

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Oh I did'nt know that they're illegal here, the forum about them must be people in other countries, sorry.

yea, most are non-US members in there... if you ever snoop around in there... some of those snakeheads have amazing colors, rivaling cichlids

if you want an "eel" you could go for a zig zag eel or a yellow tail eel because they stay small and will be able to live in a 55, but polys are awesome too

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. have decided on def getting a poly. been researching them for bout 2 hrs now! cool fish... think i'll get a sens to start with. gotta keep the pleco tho. he's been with me for almost three yrs! i see ghost knife as a suggestion for a tank mate; any other ideas?

just seen ur post. although i've pretty much decided on the poly. i'll def check out your suggestions. i guess it all depends on availability b/c im tired of lookin @ a bare tank and i AM getting something on sat.

but as for tank mates stick with african brown knives because they are more active and stay smaller than ghost knives, and then you could go with small peaceful cichlids or with my favorite fish, the leapord ctenopoma
