I was not suggesting all of them together, I was just putting some out there for the OP to look at. although some people are purists and bio type people not all aquarists are, I wouldn’t limit other people’s options based off my own preferences. All the ones I listed lend to the orange side which I thought the OP said he was fine with. The ones I listed have bother yellow and orangeOf course you choose the hardest ones. <sigh>
You'll need to keep the temp up there at 82. A raphael will do ok there al though not many fish will. While they can live in your tap they are extremely finicky fish so I would suggest for you got either buy distilled/ro water or get an ro unit. The ro buddy unit only costs like $55. You will need the best of luck with these fish. You also need to make sure you get them from a good source.
They are mostly yellow. Matteo didn't say that he was looking for yellow. What species are you referring to as a 'flame' gourami or 'gold' gourami? I know dwarf cichlids but I know a thing ot two about gouramis too. Kribs are a good one but they have bright yellow-again.
But not suited to the rams temperature needs. They would do great with gouramis though! However cardinal tetras would go great with the rams.
Im a biotopist. I only like to mix fish form the same areas of the world. So no barbs with south American fish. lol

What species is the third oneI was not suggesting all of them together, I was just putting some out there for the OP to look at. although some people are purists and bio type people not all aquarists are, I wouldn’t limit other people’s options based off my own preferences. 36 1/4 inches longHow long is your tank? I think I know a place where you can get a better deal.
That’s pretty much where I am at...I’m ready for valves for water changes....but not until I own my own house!!! So a couple of years and I get to play with sumps, plumbing, and some challenging things...
Most probably ima get them from aquaimports so i can get all the fish i want at onceHere you go. Dave sells by the pair but you can sak to buy more females.I think 1m/2-3f would be best in your tank.

Gold honey gourami. You would most likely need to find a good breeder to get one with the red in the back end of the fish. I’ve never owned one so I am not sure what a lfs supply would look like. What species is the third one
Awe I wish....I very highly doubt it could get the other half to even half agree to that....he hates my tanks and even hates of the idea I want most of the basement.....he wants the garage, basement, and kitchen....when I type that he sounds very selfish haha he’s not though...just thinks fish are a waste of timeIf by some chance you build that house new instead of buying a used one, consider having your water change plumbing installed at your tank location, so you can set up a drip with an automatic shutoff on the fill. At that point, your water changes can be as simple as flushing your filter![]()
