Depends what you’re doing with the tank, I recommended peacock cichlids and a 55 is much better than a 40b for that purpose

Incorrect again. There is not a situation where a 55 gallon is better than a 40B. The 55 is more gallons but the 40 is more space.

I mean i guess the 40b will be better for people who like to aquascape and the 50 for people who want more water volume

Nope totally wrong, With some fish like my peacock cichlids, length of the tank is what’s important and a 55 is way better for them than a 40b, try putting 25 peacocks in a 40b and see how it works out. Smh
