I'm thinking about a small group of fire mouths or something else... but i don't know what. What would you keep in a standard 55g? I'm thinking about something that breeds easy(not a for sure thing). Let me know what you think. I already have convicts, so please don't say I should get them haha. I'm open to any suggestions guys, thanks!

I like the firemouth idea, but you could always do a pair of JDs.

I like the Firemouth idea make it a real biotope with the driftwood and lots of plants. Would look really nice esp with a black background. Keep us posted.

I'll probably do wood and rocks. I was thinking 4-5 fire mouths to try and get a pair or two then add sword tails because they naturally live with fire mouths in the wild. Also might add corydoras

Firemouth plan sounds like a winner for a beautiful tank. Salvinis would be cool and different. I like the JD idea, but it might get a little cramped in there with a 12in male in a few years.

Lol i didnt mean put them all in the tank :).you can do each one of them fish as a pair in 55g.imo i would go salvini pair.but thats me.
