55g wet pet

well i no longer have enough money for a 120, so im gonna get a 55.
i want a nice, pretty 10" or so cichlid in there. He/she will be alone.
i dont want a GT or JD
any suggestions?

You could try an RD. It would be quite awhile before it outgrows a 55.

IMO red devils don't outgrow 55s.

i think that if there is only one fish, as long as it cant turn around in the tank, it is okay, as long as there is sufficient filtration
