Wow i was thinking like three or four with only one male. Would you recommend i do more to curb aggression? My concern is the males should reach 6" and females around 4" is this right? Also dont synos reach a foot or more? Man i've heard you african guys like to overstock! Lol i could never get away with that much sa/ca livestock in this footprint!

Oh, then I'd do a little less, like 8 or 9 with 1 make to 4 or 5 females. Get all of them at the same time as juveniles to reduce your aggression and make sure you have tons of hiding spots for them made by stacking rock into piles etc.

I'm working on getting at least 20 yellow labs for my 60g. The tanks look amazing when they have tons of fish in them and you have to make sure you have constant circulation and over filtration when it comes to them along with regular maintenance. I would also suggest getting some synodontis catfish to help reduce waste

Not much floorspace there. I would recommend getting no synos because they do like to roam. Anyway, be warned that the calvus/comps will only use the bottom of the tank. Are you open to non-tangs for the top?

Yeah no problem there. Thinking of doing two gold comps one black calvus and then some other kind of fish to use the upper levels and middle. Open to all suggestions.

I would only do one species of calvus/comp if you want fry. Something like harlequin rasboras could work for the top.

Something a bit thicker, then. Maybe serpae or lemon tetras?
