Aww that sucks. Thanks anyway. Im gonna look for some here. Ive got my tank cycled and everything with plants. Ive put it some small platies too. All I need now is a puffer!

I have a 5 stocked with a male and female betta, and two pigmy cory cats. The tank is on the cut out between my TV room and kitchen----the two betta love to watch me do dishes.

Ive been thinking a lot about getting a dwarf puffer. Would he really be interesting? I dont want to get something boring. Could I get like two of them for my tank? Or are there any compatible tank mates for him? A 1" fish alone in a tank seems boring. But then again, he isnt just a fish. Hes a puffer fish. Thanks!

Have you picked up any fish yet? I don't have experience with dwarf puffers but I do with gsp. I can tell you that gsp are very entertaining and full of personality. You could do 2 dwarfs in a 5g

Imo if you put a dwarf puffer in a 5g he will be swimming up and down the glass because of the small tank. Maybe if you put loads of plants in it might help.
