It will be an interesting experiment what ever you do, because cichlids have distinct personalities, so combinations that work for some, can be toss ups.
And compatibility may change with time
One toss up with the acara and sajica will be color.
Anytime you put similar colored new world cichlids together, there is a chance that at maturity (when both start to really color up) they may then see each other as competitors.
The idea of a single FM might mitigate that a bit, but Thorichthys are usually a fairly social genus, and prefer to live in loose shoals of their own species (4 to 6).
Not saying it won't survive as a single specimen but in nature that's the norm.
