There customer service is so bad i bet they did it without even telling u...... by hold i mean that the card u purchased the past tank would be charged if they didnt get the old tank.....not actually keepimg the while card on hold

is this from the company in Fla? I'm just catching up on posts here, im new. Looking for these, seems their prices went up considerably since a few of these posts.
Just come across this old thread. I know it's from almost 4 years ago, I had to check you were still active! How did things end up with your fibreglass tank situation? I'm from the uk and I got a 360g last year. I absolutely love it, no problems whatsoever with mine, sounds like you had a rough deal with yours?
