600 Gallon Indoor Pond

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i find it interesting that you could seal the glass against the liner. good job. and very brave to have it inside your house.

will take some pics tonite. Got done late last night, not totally finsihed trim yet but hopefully by the weekend..but with the lights on last night... the house looked like a carnival ride... will update.... new projects rock... i dont want to finish it because then ill have nothing to do!

Since there are so many types of huge fish that people own. Could you make a layout or instructions for anyone trying to make something like that. I know that would require time on your part, but it REALLY would help out LOADS of fishkeepers who are trying to do best for their growing pets but don't have $3000 to buy a huge tank. Your DIY pond looks amazing. I would love to have/make one of those, but don't know where to start. I can follow directions though. Maybe you could write it like a recipe: ingredients then directions for construction. Not everyone has natural DIY skills, but if I knew how to construct it, how to lay out the frame... it looks beautiful, that big huge window so I can watch my pacus.. I don't want to put them in an outdoor pond, because I wouldn't see them as much. I also don't know what kind of support I need for under the house, I bet that's a lot of pounds.

But, it's very big and roomy, I would love to make that so my fish could stay inside and not beat up on each other in a small tank. That way I could keep them too and not have to give them away.

Please help!
I'll post your info on my pacu forum so others can make one too. I wasn't the only interested one when someone make a link to your post. We're always looking for bigger tank/pond ideas, and your idea/creation looks very possible with the right tools and knowledge.

Thank you!!!
