84" x 36" x 28" on one side and 84" x 24" x 28" on the other. Tall Stand. Not sure how tall I want the tank yet. Planning from 30" -36" heigh for the glass panels.

The stand build started yesterday.

The frame is built, the legs are next.
If everything goes well It should go for Powdercoating next monday- tuesday.

Are you going to have actual legs on your stand, and if so, will you be bracing them? Instead of legs, we went with vertical cross pieces between the horizontal top and bottom. (It was much prettier than this after powder coating)

Yes, Pacu mom, going with Vertical adjustable legs and will have pins (like a car hoist) for height adjustment to compensate for the unlevelled floor in my basement . Yes, the plan is to brace the legs too.
That's a very sturdy looking stand you got there :) I like it!

A few pics of the area where the whole set up will go in.

The plan is to have the tank in wall. Unfortunately, I will only view the tank from the largest part of the L, but that's all I have to work with and am trying to maximize the space to build the biggest tank I possibly can.

So open area behind the tank for an equipment room? .... that's a plus for an in wall tank.

Yes, all the maintenance will be done from behind the wall and laundry room. It will be tight though. I also have some extra space under the stairs where I plan to connect a secondary sump to the system once it's up and running.
