600g substrate ideas

my new 600g will b here in a few months..i am stuck on what to do for substrate..i know i will b adding driftwood..i will be housing my temensis in this tank and when they get huge if i have sand as the substrate it def will get tossed into my filters anyone have any ideas on what i could do for substrate with these future monsters? thanks in advance..

Tile idea is interesting... Does anyone have any pictures of this? How does it look? Does it offer a natural look or no?? Also how do people feel about backdrops for their tanks?

What kind of tiles are we taking about here ? If its the standard floor tiles then wouldn't a vinyl sticker from the outside serve the same purpose??
Also we could get into issues like them ugf ?
