Hey I got an idea but haven't tried it yet.
We can make a coloured concrete mix and pour it in the tank , while making slopes to lead all gunk towards the filter intake.
When cement is stil drying add a top later of chips/ gravel so that they stick tothe surface
.
You can have a channel to put plants in.
This would help keep gunk down while eliminating anerobic pitfall of tiles.
Look seamless like gravel.
No digging.
provide more surface area compared to gravel.
Kind of mixes both the ideas of tiles fims and gravel.
