Yeah ich is almost a certainty with young cichla. Most of them wont eat anything but live so its only a matter of time in most cases. The salt and 87 will do the trick. Has always worked for me

yeah very true i'm glad on i caught it in time..ich is masiclly cleared up..water temp is staying steady at 86..i used salt/quickcure and %30 wc daily until cured

Thx..they are eating broken in half food sticks,freeze dried shrimp and frzn krill
