awesome dude! Def want to see my boys at that size for sure... they didnt eat for a week or 2 when i was switching them to pellets, but now they are eating them like crazy... i'm expecting a nice growth spurt! lol!

It's funny how hard it strikes and how sudden. I remember Kevin's text was something like "Holy Balls the Goonch almost bit me!" and I almost fell out of my seat laughing cuz I knew exactly what happened :)

Thats too funny! I had something similar where my large tsn, and cichla DRENCHED my little 9 yr old cousin who wasn't supposed to be feeding my fish at the time. And I saw him creeping out of garage all wet, and I started laughing and asked him how it went lol:ROFL:

lol! nice pic... i agree totally, so sudden and explosive as far as their eating habits... i actually keep my temps at like 81-83 and neither goonch has a problem with it, but lots of bubbly current along the bottom where they hang out, which i think works to keep them cooler, almost like a wind chill, and the air in the bubbles is 68-70 degrees
