good news. the rays are all eating again and are getting their pattern back and the aro has eaten today even though he still cant see very well.
everyone is eating so im really pleased. aro still looks rough but now he/she is eating im alot more happy.

thank you for all the contributions to this thread. i honestly thought the worst when this happened. im still not totally sure what happend and even if it was a filter issue i wouldnt expect the results to be so severe to just a few fish and in all my time keeping fish ive never experienced antyhing like it. it was suggested to me if it was a ... fatal attraction.. kind of issue and tbh its entirely possible but i hope not.
filters were obviously affected but have now recovered and im back to feeding normally. rays patterns are coming back stonger and other fish are looking better too.
the still has poor vision but is looking for food and eating, although mistakes bubbles for food. i hope his eyes will clear and he will recover fully. ... he no longer looks like a week old dead fish. just and fish who has had a hard time but is eating, so tthats great in my book.
also the small ray that was pregnant and i had to move and thought she was no longer pregnant. ... i think she still is , so fingers crossed.
i will post some pics when i have more time but thankyou everyone who has commented and thank you to all those who were concerned . i feel very lucky that i havnt lost anyone .

I am sure if she is eating she must be on the road to recovery..
Hate to think what your stress levels are doing... you will need a holiday after this.... just dont know if it would be a good idea.....
