75 gallon African biotope stocking

I still think one would be best, a friend of mine had two but ended up selling them both because they harassed each other relentlessly. Others with bigger tanks don't have the same issue. In a 75G I'd keep it to one..

Would a 20 gallon be good for the Congo’s until they get big enough?

If it just to grow them out. I see no problem. But what size you get them at helps too. Here we are fortunate enough to find them almost exclusively at 1.5"~2" for sale.
