One 2" drain each overflow box Chad? Or two 2" per box? BTW, how many pre-drilled hole in each box and what's the size?

3 holes per overflow box. 1) 2" drain each, and 2) 3/4 returns each.

You're ok then... There's not much change that you will flood the tank, but I'm afraid you'll lose a lot of flow rate when the return water hit the 3/4" bulkheads

I never had any worry or problem. The other guy was.

It is the same setup as the 600. It comes with 3/4 bulkheads for the returns. I got some 1" ones from another set up. I may try to use then instead.

Yeah, for a 2" drain, you can go for two 1" returns.. Don't go for two 1 1/2" returns, unless you like to mop :D

Well the tank is now on the stand. Let the plumbing begin!!!:D WHat do you think pvc or flex tubing? Flex tubing was included, but just wondering if it would be worth the effort to use pvc.

Also want to say thanks to the alcoholics for the help.

Tank looks great!!! Use PVC if you want to keep it that way lol.

I like the look of PVC much better than flex. It's not too much harder to work with, so it's worth it.

not much can be saud but wow :D
