Just thinking about stocking a 75g with oscars, which type do you recommend and how many for a 75g?

Any type is fine. I like tigers myself. Be careful with albinos because some have health problems and I have seen a few blind ones. One would be fine but 2 probably won't work out.

1. Mine doesn't but I heard they love to redecorate so I would stick to fake plants.
2. I have kept firemouths, blood parrots, and pictus catfish with mine. Corydandras are good for clean up. Anything not bite size can be fine but anything smaller is hit and miss. Flat body tetras are fine as well.
3. I keep mine at 86F but 76 - 86 should be fine as long as its stable.
4. Don't feed them feeder fish unless you breed them your self but it shouldn't be the only food source. I feed mine Hikari Cichlids Gold, Tetra Cichlid Pellets, and the occasional cricket, meal worm, night crawler, blood worms.

okay so how many fish would u recommend in a 75g tank though with a tiger oscar, jsut dont wanna over stock wow 86 F? sounds like alot
They seem to like the 86F, its probably more 84-86F but when the heat get hot its usually at 86F.

Ya no other fish with him. If you had a 90g then maybe you could get like a fancy pleco or something but only 1 oscar per 75 is da rul.
