They seem to like the 86F, its probably more 84-86F but when the heat get hot its usually at 86F.

Maybe:
1 oscar
3-4 tetras or barbs
3-4 cory cats

wont tetras get eaten by him eventually other ppl say no other fish?

What ever you do DO NOT FEED LIVE! Oscars are prone to a disease called hole in the head. Just stick with pellets and shrimp, that's it.

running a penguin 350 70g filter, i do 50% water change a week? is that good enough? or what do u recommend, and what do u mean quarintine feeders

quaratining feeders you just keep the feeders in a different tank for a month to see if they have any diseases or parasites

theres so many dieses and parasites tho, then the other guy is telling me to put just only pellets and shrimp into the tank what do you think about that, and what do you think about also putting tetras in the tank like this guy is suggesting

its a good idea to get them on prepared food, don't know about the shrimp tho
i don't think its too good of an idea to have tetras as they'll become lunch i would try a striped rapheal cat

Youre on the right track. One Oscar, regular water changes and live foods only occasionally and after a quarantine, and best not to use goldfish. Your fish will love shrimp and tilapia and pellets too. They are simple to keep, just got to follow the simple rules.
