75g stocking

Sounds very exciting and interactive. Will they be a danger to the live bearers? I probably would like to keep the stock lighter so I have space in the bioload for the fry. Do you think getting 6-8, see what comes out of that, and then maybe a handful of live bearers?
It's entirely up to you but I like them best in group's. This is how you would find them in the wild.Mine shoal together a lot of the time and pairs break off to spawn.
I kept 11 helleri and a group of swordtails together in a 4 foot tank for around 3 years.No problems at all.Thorichthys are not big waste producers,50% water changes a week will keep them happy.

Sounds good. I'll do something thinking and look around at a few stores.
 
What plant species are found where Thorichthys live? I'd like to have the tank semi-planted if possible. No worries if I only have rock and wood, but the extra color would be nice.
