1/4" nap roller. Paints on really nice. Long working time 8 hours after mixed, can recoat every 2 (or is it 4.. cant remember off hand) hours. Recoat with in 24 hours without any prep work, but wait til after that 24 hours then you have to wait 72 hours, and do a light sanding prior to recoating.
Figure the inside of your tank is apx 100 sq feet, so you will need at least 3 gallons. (not my idea but a great one) buy 2 colors and alternate colors for each coat to be sure to get even coats.
Couple tips, go with a better plywood, like a A/C and put the good side in. then sand it really smooth, this will make the epoxy spread better the first coat.
Buy really good rollers, I bought cheap ones and they cost me another gallon of epoxy. Not so cheap now
