heres my question if i copy cat this build for my garage, would i be able to store
1 x TSN
1 X RTC
2 X Pacu
&
3 X P BASS? assuming i have monster filtration, will that home them for life?

I'd say yes to all but the RTC. While not my thing, I understand they can grow to 4 or 5 feet correct. If so, I would think they may need larger.Maybe ask in the catfish forum?;)

RTC and TSN need pond size tanks.....

now that will be a tank, great build.

also love the wood piece, try to lie it on the ground not standing than it looks like a treetrunk with long roots might look better, but you will find out.
 
Nice job with the fiberglass! I've done some work with fiberglass "it aint easy." How many layers did you say you were using? Ever consider using a bit of carbon fiber or even a kevlar weave? Maybe save a few layers in the overall scheme, probably offset the cost difference. Anyway awesome job!
