Minor update.... Pond is now intended to house 5 Armatus. Pump has been upgraded to a Dolphin 4700 to increase flow. I have also built another filter box out of 2x4's lined with pond liner. All plumbing has been redone to use bulkheads so there is nothing over the top of the pond. Will post pics one of these days.......

You could either put the heater into the filter, or put the heater in a pvc pipe in the pond.

think im going to mount mine in some PVC and plumb a powerhead on one end to make it more efficent and lay it in the bottom of the pond
