Not sure of how many but I like the Monos and was thinking of a black arrow and a few other tank mates. So would they fit for good if I had 2-4?

Should be okay. Monos get about 24" or so. However, the black aro can grow up to 3feet plus, but growth rate is moderate.

it sounds fine to me.

Thanks....what other fish would you throw in that tank with the pbass and arrow. It will have a wetdry and a canister on it so it will have plenty filtration.

lima, oscar some sa pikes amny more :)

honestly you could prob only get away with 2 monos, maybe 1 pike and your arowanna before you start to have loads of problems with water quality.. oscars and catfish are a bad idead since they are the dirtiest of the dirty... keep in mind these are full grown fish, you will be feeding them at least 2 pounds of cut foods a day and what goes in must come out lol.. all that goes right back into your water.. as for the dovies ect ect.. i dont know if they can keep up with growth

Wow...2 lbs a day...is that for each mono....each mono and the arrow...or 2lbs a day for all 3. I might have to rethink pbass. I knew they ate a lot...but now im thinking about the cost of 2lbs a day for cut shrimp and fish....hmmm

My 450g can eat a little more than one lb per at a time per day. If I did smaller feedings twice a day they could probably eat more. When I had a 20" tsn and rtc it was insane.

20" temx, 2x15" tem, 15" orino, 30" croc I gar, 30" silver aro, 20" silver aro.
