8'x30"x30" big enough for Monos?

I thought about the 30x24tall and oddly enough its around the same price as a 24x30 tall its just when you go to 30x30 the price goes up to much. If I do 24 front to back I will not go with Pbass rather just the norm guys like mags midas oscars red t things of that nature. I like the idea of 30 tal becasue I have some nice wood that one would tip out the top of the water at 24. But I am still not positive. It will be 8' reguardless....

Ohh yes I do want one...maybe still toss one in for a while untill its to big.

I would go for 30" wide 24" tall. Also I think wood looks great when it's higher than the water surface, it looks really natural. If you go over 24" tall you have to pay for thicker glass and that's why the price jumps. Peacock bass seem to be in such great demand you might be able to sell them at about 18" and grow soom new ones.
