For a 140 I'm thinking:
For Sure:
-Dogface Puffer
-Volitans lionfish
-snowflake eel
Then possibilities to choose from:
-Purple Tang
-Yellow Tang
-Regal/ Blue Tang
-Picasso Triggerfish
-Foxface Rabbitfish??
What do you think??

rabbit fish are the awesome...I have a two barred.
most of the fish that you want get pretty large and would need bigger then a 140.

ANYWAYS...I like the way this looks. All of those fish should be okay in a 140 individually. I think the first three you mentioned would be incredibly happy together, and I think you should go for a small/more peaceful tang. A hippo would work fairly nice though a 140 would be a pretty good fit as well.

Its a possibility, but they are both equally awkward swimmers. I would be more concerned about one of the trigs honestly.
