Based on what I'm reading here my 8" Oscar and 6" Lima Shovel-nose Cat will out grow my 90 gallon?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you're tank sounds like a 75, not a 90. A standard 75 is 48x18x21. A standard 90 is 48x18x24.

I would do 3 thin barred silver dollars with that oscar. Although not predatory very cool silver dollar and very active. Also check out an L114 sterenella pleco.
