What about a rtm or festae, Would any veija species be okay?

Rtm not long term, festae for a while but not long term or safely, are you asking pair or single specimen? Single rtm may work but males can hit a 12+ and IMO need a 6 foot tank same goes for festae. maybe vieja but stay towards the more placid species. My 90 is going to the home for my Blackbelt once it grows more and hopefully it pairs with my midevil I have with it if not it get the tank to itself.

A single female RTM or female festae would be okay if kept alone in a 90, but no tankmates. Almost any Veija species would be okay if solo without tankmates. Just wondering why you are looking at these large, aggressive cichlids if you don't like wet pets?

I was hoping to get a breeding pair if veijas or any other larger aggressive cichlid because I've kept most South American cichlids available, want to try something I've never kept before

Larger aggressive pair really need a 125 and up because of the mate killing that frequently happens. A 90 doesn't offer enough room to escape one another or allow for dithers because they'll just get killed. So there aren't many larger aggressive species pairs you can fit in a 90.
