Ah, nevermind. Well, C. temensis reaches 3 feet, so that'd probably be out of the question, but everything else works.

Thw more you mess with them the more differences you seewhen small not so much when Adult for sure they have wonderful personalities the only bad thing about P's is they get rangbuntious and tear there beautiful finnage sometimes ..They are not really aggresive either the fin nipping yes and they plow into each other also chase each other but as far as taking Bites out of each other as some fish will do i have not seen it not to say it does not happen but in general.....You could have several dozen for years in that tank and sell off what ever ones you don't want...One thing you are going to have to research well is your filtration they eat and poop like no other so tons of turnover but not jet spray ya know big returns that will stir up the poop so you don't have to vacum every day...And i am talking 6 to 10000 gph seriously Bro ...Witch by your avetar i am guesing you have cats? and they poop alot also...

As for stock you can own 2 of each main Sp. Ocellaris/Orino/Mono's. There are different type of each of these sp depending on the location they were collected from. Then look into getting Azul,Kelberi and there are some Intermedia and others floating around for the right price. What trype Cichlids do you have experience with? Or currently own?

buttikoferi, oscars, angels, jewels, ebjd, fronts, frontosa and various "nameless" ones

Get your hand's on some Orino's if you can. If your LFS is saying they don't do sp name then look to the vendors like your doing. Here a couple that have some good stock..

Some sp are not in season but keep checking the vendors eventually you will find those harder to find sp.
