Not quite sure about Top Fin, as its first ingredients are either derived from wheat or fish. Although African Cichlids are omnivorous, its important to supplement them with a diet rich in Spirulina/Algae.

I gave them a couple of the Top Fin pellets and then I sliced up some carrots.

Thanks everybody for the complements! It's 90 gallons but I'm not sure of the dimensions, I'll look it up tomorrow though. James, did you mean the last pic in post #1 is a lithobates? Or the last pic in post #14?

Also, does anyone have any idea about the sexes?
