95 gallon stocking ideas for a ca/sa community tank

Overcrowding fish results in the aggression being distributed around. ;D Solves the problem of one fish being bullied too much actually. The main issue would be maintaining the water quality tho.

In my 55g I have:
2x Super Green Texans
2x 'Normal' Convicts
2x Pink Convicts
2x Red Forest Jewels
1x Pink Firemouth
1x Cobalt Blue
1x Dwarf Gourami
1x Rainbow Shark
1x Paradise Fish

Works fine. I do have to compensate by overfiltering though. But it's not an issue.

I agree a little over crowding helps even aggression but that talk is waaaaaaaaay too small for the fish you mentioned

Not at all, they live fine. Well I assume they do. They're feeding well and show vibrant colors and do not suffer from any problems. Well I assume that means that they're doing fine anyways.

A 55 is 12" wide and green Texas get 12" long so at some point they will get too big you want at least 18" wide but they can live comfortably for 3-5 years cause they are generally slow growers.

Hm odd, mine's 4'x18"x15". Different 'standard 55g' in different places I guess?

It's surprisingly alright - you'll realize when you stock your tank that different fish have different personalities. All of mine pretty much leave each other alone, even though they're to the size now where they could do some damage to each other.

As for overstocking, over filtration works wonders!

Aye, tis indeed true, different fish has different personalities. On top of my fish being able to fit in my tank, they act rather nice to each other.
