:WHOA: Oh no... lol. You have to tell me... which ones did you see?
You found my secrets!!!!

I saw them a few weeks, maybe a month or so ago but they were from quite some time ago and I saw a few of the ones you were playing guitar and singing. You were mesmerizing (Don't tell Matt I told you that:ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:). I do a little writing myself so I really appreciated your unique and creative sound.

Hahaha. I guess I feel a little less embarrassed then, lol. Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed them. It's cool that you write! We'll have to talk more about music, then. That would be awesome.

i was with you when you bought all of them...and i seen in person how bad they were...and it amazes me how good they look now...they all seem so much happier.. actually swimming all around playing...eating like crazy....they dont even look like the same rays anymore...they are lucky to have someone care enough about a little heart beat in a fish tank...to take them home and save there lives...if they would have stayed another day @ thats LFS i know they would have died...now they live the spoiled life...and they deserve it.

i cant wait for the newbies...marleys bumped...she is trying to get fresh

They are looking great! Does anyone know anything else we can do to help their discs regenerate? Also, we are going to try to get them onto better foods, but would like to avoid long periods of starvation if at all possible.

Any ideas?

What are they eating now? Try chopping up other food and soaking it with whatever you're feeding them now (as has been posted hundreds of times in the past). It works - I recently got a flower ray to eat frozen after only eating nightcrawlers for months.

We've tried shrimp, krill and worms. We are feeding blackworms right now, and I have tried soaking them and chopping them very small. I'll do it again later today.

hmm just starve them for a week and only offer what you want them to eat.... best method...

You have excellent water managent skills.

I have not seen so many rays recover from such bad wounds before. I'm doubly impressed that it's a female who had the balls to try healing such badly injured rays.

Holy cow, thats some amazing results. Especially on #3, i didnt expect the whole disc to grow back. Good luck.
