I have personally seem the 2 different color based ST before 2 to 3 yrs back.

Yes,that the ST today,but here we are talking about the extic ST from Thai water.Not only 2-3 years back should be more than 10years

I think this is the yellow that being mention from the doc.This picture is taken from the fishery of Thailand.I did talk to some ST entusia and they did said before that real ST should have orangy yellow.Pls note that this picture does't confirm that this is an real ST

I have 2 pieces of ST and both of them are of different color. Interesting to know that they may actually be from different source based on what is discussed here. Below is the picture.
