A catch you regret not keeping?

I netted about 30 platies and 2 cichlids that I couldn't ID, all averaging about an inch in length (which would have made it easier to ship home) in Kauai, but my mom refused to drive me to the UPS store down the street from the hotel because the situation was "not feasible" we got into a 3 day fight and I ended up having to release all of them back.

i am now interset it what your galoshes look like as you would rather be in a pic with those things...:ROFL:...i don't know what would be worse...rentals or the mother-in-laws new style rain boots...they are gare-n-teed to keep your feet atleast 5% dry...

atleast throw in some flip flops for next time:grinno:...



as for the catch i wish i could have kept...i geuss that it would have to be the pike that flared its gills and i couldn't get it up the 10" dim hole i use for ice fishing...
 
Caught a 48lb Salmon a couple of years back on a trip w my buddy and his grandad. It never would have worked out because I was 16 buuuuuuut it sure would look cool in a large enough tank.
 
a long time ago i had a blackish pike about 2". i did not know to keep it then :(
 
I wish I could kept few big green hybrids but I only have 35gal at this moment. Right now I have yet catch a big pure green.
 
i caught a 23 inch walleye in lake powell. we didnt even know what it was at the time. wish i woulda kept him for the fishtank, we could have put him in a pond that the neighbour was selling. now i know to keep any awesome fish
 
humm i caught channels that are around 32-35 inches. biggest fish i caught. lol going for muskies but they are the 10000 cast fish. hard to catch big size one.
