A drama has happened im my living room tonight

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
OMG! I'm sorry to see that happen.... glad to hear your parachromis are ok...
I understand what you said in the video thanks to my italian/french translater....

since you are in Canada, I would consider replacing the tank with a Miracles brand tank, made near Toronto. amazing tanks, but they are a little expensive, but well worth it. some of mine lasted 20 years without a reseal. if you are interested, the Big Als in Montreal should be able to get one for you.

The insurances guy will comming tommorow in the morning. I will let you know if we come to an agreement

We are now 24 hours later. The guys from the insurance were here 2 hours ago, and they told me both floors (in the living room and in the basement) are not good anymore, so, my insurance will pay for both

when you set up the new tank, can you put it in the basement? its always the best place for big tanks.
You bet man !
I have already negociate few additionals square feet with my wife in the basement. Just to know we have those 2 floors to replace, she is paniked, so it havn't been very hard to negociate this ... lol

That is just ridiculous. I feel for you. Did you have any special riders on your insurance for your tanks? I could see them trying to find deny coverage due to your number of tanks. I am in health care finance so I am VERY suspect of insurance companies.

No, not at all.
14 of the 15 tanks are in the fishroom, so that is not a big risk for the insurance compagny. When I have bought the one to put in the living room, I have call the insurance compagny and told them I was ready to pay an additional amount, but they told me my insurance contract was already covering this.
