My fish stock is nothing to you, Powder Blue Tang, 2 sixline wrasse, and a tiger watchman goby. I dont like keeping too many fish in my reef. Only other fish I want is a jem tang or black tang
I dont see us adding any more fish, im not a big fan of a ton of fish either. We had 1 yellow tang, the mandarin goby and the blenny until about 2 wks ago. my husband said he wanted to see a few more fish out and about. So we added the others and the clowns, tangs and firefish are out all the time. the other 2 hide..I think it looks about right honestly
Nice frags ya got started there. To each his own with substrate (or lack thereof) I guess, just remember then to steer clear of burrowing fish, sifting stars, and benthic inverts which rely on micro-organisms resident in sand beds. Other than that, looks pretty good. Will def. have to give us some pix if your bottom fills like you hope.
will do, just fragged my birdsnest and some others a couple months ago for a frag swap with local reef society here. You can see my birdsnest in my avatar
Yeah, I saw a full tank shot in another thread and your reef is awesome looking! Hoping to get my corals that grown out someday. I wish I could buy some decent frags locally......... I basiclly live in the middle of a corn field..lol
town of 1000 and closest lfs is 90 miles away and they carry nadda for coral
275ti04: plan it out and take it slow........ please dont add any fish until the cycle is over... remember the saying nothing good happens fast in a sw tank. I read a post earlier that someone set up a tank and added a fish in the same day/weekend yikes no wonder the fish died.... we waited 6wks after setting ours up to add fish oh and get a good refractometer
